surrounded by expensive cars in sunnyvale and today he is headed to court. here is the mug shot. he was arrested yesterday and charged with six counts of grand theft. he was then to many customers as andy paul. some customers looked for their cars in early december and they showed up leader and found an empty lot. the cars and owners were gone. the owner promised to sell the high end cars. 40 people say they lost their cars in the scam and many say they are relieved someone has been arrested. a lot of the owners say theyst ill do not know where the cars are. bail is set at $500,000. if convicted he could go to jail for six years. he will be arraigned today. live from sunnyvale for abc7

>> stocks are moving higher an stronger-than-expected job creation. jane king is live with that from the new york stock exchange. >> good morning to you. the higher open today. now, this jobs report is key. first of all, the headline number about job creation if january is blah, less than what we expected, 157,000 created and unemployment rate ticked up but we saw down right impressive job growth in november and december of last year. those numbers were revised. this is certainly a relief after the g.d.p. report showing the economy shrinking by a quarter. the dow and s&p and nasdaq traded higher and the dow not quite 14,000 yet but we are slowly getting closer and the silicon valley index is trading up under half a percent higher. chevron reporting a bump in profits but smaller than expected.
